2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscribers. If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you can request a full refund.

  • This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only
  • The guarantee applies once per customer

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your account email address and the date of purchase
  3. Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Refunds After 30 Days

After the initial 30-day period, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • Service outages: Extended periods where the service was unavailable due to issues on our end
  • Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times
  • Exceptional circumstances: Other situations at our discretion

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation and refund are different:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.
  • Refund: Returns money for a payment already made. Must be requested and approved according to this policy.

If you simply want to stop using the service, cancellation is usually sufficient. Request a refund only if you believe you're entitled to one under this policy.

6. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe you're entitled to a refund, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks incur fees and administrative costs that we'd prefer to avoid by resolving issues directly with you.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in your account being suspended.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
